What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-5 days to process your order and then 2-4 weeks to deliver it to you

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide. Where do we ship your product from? Our offices are located at 57 Piedmont Drive, Port Jefferson, NY, USA. Our international warehouse is located in China.

Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?

Yes, wait 3 days after your order and ask us via email here.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If it contains by example of items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Just send us a picture of the item damaged in question to the email address:click here and we will send you an item similar replacement as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, draw your order and see where it is at all times. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems our customers might meet with their articles online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and that the or the products concerned are not on sale.
